With the announcement of the hotly anticipated 2024 Michelin Guide this week, we’ve rounded up some of the very best restaurants to receive the coveted Michelin Star accolade at hotels across the British Isles.

Cumbria
Farlam Hall
Receiving a new Michelin Star in 2024, The Cedar Tree Restaurant by Hrishikesh Desai at Farlam Hall is a place to relax, indulge and delight your taste buds. In the refined surroundings of this country retreat, the team crafts beautiful seasonal menus using the very best local and regional produce, including the freshest ingredients from the on-site kitchen garden.
Experience Seasoned to Perfection at Farlam Hall, with a six-hands dinner on 29th February - crafting a six-course seasonal feast, Chef Patron Hrishikesh Desai will be joined by chefs Alex Henderson of The Torridon, and Paul Nicholson from The Orangery at Rockliffe Hall.
The Cotswolds
The Dining Room at Whatley Manor
Dining at this Michelin-starred restaurant is an absolute must, whether you're a guest at Whatley Manor or just looking for somewhere to indulge for the evening. Head Chef, Ricki Weston and his team have crafted a menu that changes with the seasons and showcases their passion for flavourful, creative cuisine. The Dining Room also holds a Michelin Green Star, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to sustainable gastronomy.
On 13th March, Ricki Weston will be joined in The Dining Room by Douglas Balish from Grove of Narberth, and Ollie Bridgwater, another Michelin Star recipient at SOURCE, Gilpin Hotel. These renowned chefs unite for an unforgettable Seasoned to Perfection dining experience.

Gravetye Manor
This Michelin-starred restaurant at Gravetye Manor is home to delicious British dishes, some of which include ingredients from their very own garden. And with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the grounds and Sussex countryside, the food is just the start of what makes this place so special.

Northcote
Northcote’s Michelin-starred restaurant is led by award-winning Executive Chef, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, with wines carefully selected by Craig Bancroft. Inside this sophisticated space, you'll see stand-out artwork, beautifully laid tables, and a show-stopping chandelier.
On 28th November, Lisa Goodwin-Allen will be joined by Tom Scade from The Vineyard and Shaun Rankin from the similarly Michelin acclaimed Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall. Each chef will craft courses reflecting their local region, perfectly pairing each with a glass of wine. This Seasoned to Perfection event will guide you on a culinary journey around Britain.

Restaurant Hywel Jones at Lucknam Park
An unforgettable dining experience where the fullest of flavours are served in the most elegant setting of Lucknam Park. Restaurant Hywel Jones is named after Michelin-Star-winning chef, Hywel Jones - which in itself says enough about the quality of this special place.

Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall
One of the finest UK hotels with Michelin Star restaurants, and named after the award-winning chef himself, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall is an experience in its own right. Making full use of the hotel's Kitchen Garden and hand-picked local suppliers, Shaun uses the freshest ingredients to craft dishes that take fine dining to a new level.
