The Headland Hotel understand the pressing issues facing the environment and they're doing their very best to take care of it.

Their commitment to the environment includes going plastic-straw-free, use of the Prefect Heating System app, hybrid gym machines, and their own cardboard compactor and paper-saving initiatives.

They're passionate about growing the next generation of hospitality professionals and are the first Cornish hotel to have achieved their Springboard inspire accreditation, the Hospitality Industry’s Quality Assurance for work experience.

Guests are invited to make a £1 donation to the National Trust upon check-out, and they hold several raffle fundraising activities that have raised over £40,000. They now support another important local charity, the Cornwall Community Foundation.

The Headland team are encouraged to take part in charitable fundraising events such as Race4Life, ROC 5k Run, Lupus and Macmillan coffee mornings, and they also actively fundraise for St Francis Dog Home.

They support local food producers where possible. When you dine here, you'll enjoy the best of Cornish fish, meat, cream, and drinks from Cornish breweries and distillers.
