Mad Alice and Bloody Tales
Join Middlethorpe Hall and Mad Alice for an exciting evening and sit back and enjoy an exquisite three-course dinner with selected wines. Who is Mad Alice? For those who do not live in York, Mad Alice wanders the streets and snickleways, leading a tour to historic landmarks. Mad Alice will uncover the tales of the Romans, the Viking invasion and the Plague for you, amongst other tales of torture and execution. Not for the light-hearted! Mad Alice will bring these tales to life, from the city's most famous son Guy Fawkes, to Dick Turpin, the famous highwayman hanged at York in 1739.
