- An afternoon wine tasting with Paulo, their wine expert accompanied by grazing plates.
- New Year's Eve house party with a Champagne and canapés reception followed by a five course gala dinner at the Terrace Restaurant and music from the Chris Barton live band in the Oakwood Room.

- A £200 per person non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking
- Four weeks prior to arrival, the full balance is automatically taken and this is also non-refundable
