The Torridon always considers its environmental and social impact and governance in every single decision they make, supported by its team of dedicated sustainability experts.
From biomass energy and natural spring water to a parting gift of wildflower seeds for guests to plant to help the bee population, The Torridon really does value nature.
100% of the produce is grown on-site and used at both of their restaurants, 1887 and Bo & Muc.
Their efforts are led by their in-house sustainability team who have been recognised by the Carbon Trust and the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
They also support the Wester Ross UNESCO Biosphere, an organisation that promotes and celebrates how people and nature connect.
