A menu shaped by the story of Àclèaf. This four-course dining experience brings the pages of The Àclèaf Book to the table, with dishes selected and crafted by Head Chef Scott Paton. Expect thoughtful flavours, seasonal precision, and a sense of occasion that invites you to linger, reflect, and savour the journey behind the cooking.

- Crab with curry and mango
- Wagyu with mushroom and Sauce Périgord
- Duck egg with quince and nutmeg
- Cheese course, for a minimum of two guests

Terms and conditions:
- Available on selected dates from January to February 2026
- Àclèaf service is between 6.30pm and 9.30pm
- £240 per person, including a four-course menu, cheese, petit fours, recipe cards, and one copy of The Àclèaf Book shared between two guests
