Arrive on Tuesday, 30th December, to a welcoming glass of mulled wine. Find a bottle of Gusbourne English sparkling wine, festive treats, and a seasonal fruit plate waiting in your room, followed by Afternoon Tea and live musical entertainment, and a wonderful dinner in Grey’s choosing from our small plates menu. Spend New Year's Eve lounging with a yoga class, spend the afternoon tasting drinks with the Head Sommelier, followed by a five-course Black Tie Gala dinner, fireworks, and dancing.

- Tuesday 30th December |Arrive at your leisure and enjoy a welcoming glass of mulled wine. Waiting in your room you will find, a bottle of Gusbourne English sparkling wine, festive treats and a seasonal fruit plate. Enjoy Afternoon Tea while listening to live musical entertainment. Relax over dinner in Grey’s choosing from the small plates menu
- Wednesday 31st December – New Year’s Eve | Begin the day with your choice of breakfast items from the menu. Take part in a yoga class. A light lunch is available for you to enjoy at your leisure or spend the afternoon enjoying a drinks tasting hosted by the Head Sommelier. Begin the evening with a Gusbourne English Sparkling wine and canapé reception while listening to the live band, a five-course Black Tie Gala dinner with selected wines is served and dancing in the Drawing Room. Just before midnight, head to the terrace to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display with a glass of Gusbourne English Sparkling wine to toast the New Year.
- Thursday 1st January – New Year’s Day - Begin the New Year with a sparkling Gusbourne breakfast and depart at your leisure

Terms and conditions:
- Rates are per room, per stay based on two guests sharing and include the ‘New Year Celebration’ package, full use of Aquarias Spa and vat.
- Additional guests and sole occupancy rates on application.
- Dogs are charged at £200 each and include the provision of a luxury dog basket and treats during your stay. Dog friendly rooms are subject to availability.
