- Full payment will be taken at the time of your spa reservation.
- Should you wish to cancel your reservation a 50% refund will be available up to 48hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48hours will result in full loss of payment.
- Should you experience any symptoms of Covid 19 ahead of your arrival at the spa, you will be advised to reschedule your visit.
- The age requirement is 16 years and over for access to Spa. Guests who are 16-17 years old should be accompanied by a person aged over 18 years.
