Wimbledon Afternoon Tea

This summer, Ness Walk brings the grace of SW19 to the Scottish Highlands. A vibrant celebration of British summer; inspired by the world’s most prestigious tennis tournament, Wimbledon. The carefully curated menu, showcases the finest flavours of the British summer, drawing on both seasonality and place.

This event includes:
- Savouries open the experience. A pork pie with house-made onion chutney is served alongside a delicately crisp smoked haddock and leek bonbon.
- Finger sandwiches follow, featuring cucumber, coronation chicken, and a classic Ploughman’s.
- The sweet course, led by Pastry Chef Kevin Roy, is a true centre court spectacle. A raspberry and pistachio tart featuring locally grown berries; a mango and lime Pavlova delivering a bright tropical lift; a strawberry sablé with champagne jelly and finally, a rich chocolate and almond cake with Earl Grey whipped ganache
- Served alongside the extensive speciality Red Box tea collection and coffee menu
