Ockenden Manor invite you to join them for a two-hour forest bathing experience with Swedish teacher Helena Skoog followed by a delicious two course lunch with a forest inspired mocktail and then an afternoon in their award-winning Spa.

- Please wear comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for walking in the forest and for all climates
- Price is per person and it is recommended to book early as space is limited to 10 guests per session.
