- Full payment will be taken at the time of your spa reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation a 50% refund will be available up to 48hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48hours will result in full loss of payment. Should you experience any symptoms of Covid 19 ahead of your arrival at the spa, you will be advised to reschedule your visit.
- The age requirement is 16 years and over for access to Spa. Guests who are 16-17 years old should be accompanied by a person aged over 18 years.
