They save energy through movement sensors and lighting in staff areas, energy-efficient boilers, and LED lights in 90% of the hotel. They've installed electric vehicle charging points and instead of plastic room keys, they give guests leather fobs.
Spa products are carefully chosen to align with their sustainable ethos. Their main supplier, Elemental Herbology is 100% cruelty-free and committed to ethical sourcing. They sell bamboo toothbrushes for guests, each room features recyclable toiletry bottles, and leftover soap bars are recycled by the Clean The World initiative.
They support Julian House, a local organisation committed to helping the homeless, through fundraising and encouraging staff to volunteer at their events. In addition, they also supported the National Garden Scheme and raised funds for The Pink Ribbon Foundation.
