Their story started in 1863, when their great-great grandfather pioneered the distinctive taste of London Dry.  Fast forward 160 years, and the London Dry gin style has become the most popular gin on the planet! They distill by hand in the heart of London, just a stone’s throw from the original family home in Chelsea. Their gleaming copper stills Majorie, Karin and Miranda are named after members of the family past and present. They sit at the heart of the distillery which is a hive of activity. Not only is it where they make their award-winning gin, it's also a place where they welcome visitors for tours, host masterclasses, and nurture future gin enthusiasts through training academies.

As an independent family business, they never take short cuts. Hayman’s really care about what they make, who they work with and the people who enjoy the gin.
