   • Please note that on Monday and Tuesday evenings the restaurants and house menus are not available (this includes room service, lounge and afternoon tea menu) – on these nights your room rate will include a light, antipasti, self serve supper. The spa and lounge menu is available from 12 pm to 5 pm on these days.
   • *£50 hotel credit can be used towards food items and spa treatments only. The credit will be applied to your bill at check-out.
   • You are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities from 1 pm on the day of your arrival and up to 1 pm on the day of your departure.
   • The full amount of the total stay is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
   • The full stay will be charged for cancellations or modification.
   • A 10% discretionary service charge is added to your bill on check out.
   • This offer applies to the dates stipulated only and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
   • Room rates are based on the best available room and breakfast rate at the time of booking.
