Terms & conditions
- Prices are based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite. Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge. Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when booking with the balance paid by 1st December 2023. If booking online payment card details will be required as part of the booking process. Our team will call you to take a 20% non-refundable deposit. Stay is non refundable after 1st December 2023. Names of all guests staying will be requested prior to arrival.
- Dinner on 31st December will be served in The Dining Room and is our five-course set Tasting menu, a time will be required ahead of your arrival. If booking online and a time is not selected for dinner, our team will allocate and confirm in an email confirmation. If this time does not suit, please call ahead of arrival and we may be able to amend it. We encourage advance reservations are made for meals that are not included in your package as we cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Chef can accommodate dietary requirements or allergies with prior notice, please advise ahead of your arrival.
- All hotel guests have complimentary access to our award-winning spa facilities from 12noon on day of arrival to 12noon on day of departure. We do advise having your swimwear in hand luggage if you expect to arrive before 3pm. On arrival our reception team will take of your luggage. We actively encourage hotel guests to pre-book spa treatments as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability.
- Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon. At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and Pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.
- Treatments can be booked direct from our website. Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon. All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival. If you wish to use Seaham Hall vouchers as your payment, please do not book online, please call our team on 0191 516 1400. Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Where possible please hand original vouchers to our Reception Team on arrival. Management have the right to retrieve this offer at any time. All prices quoted include VAT. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We advise taking out travel insurance.
